  • Customers must provide their booking reference number and payment details for verification.

4. Refund Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days, depending on the customer’s payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Refund requests made after the same day of booking will not be entertained.
  • Tests that have been completed are non-refundable.
